At Innocent Fresh, we take great care in preparing and packing our products. Since we deal in food items, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure safety and hygiene.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.

  • Returns will be considered only in case of damaged, leaked, expired, or incorrect products.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Refunds

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacements

  • In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

  • Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on your location.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

  • Product damage due to improper storage after delivery

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
